Nutrition for Women in Midlife
Midlife is rarely just one thing. You deserve support that can hold all of it.

The Midlife Nutrition Partnership
For women who want more than a program — they want a partner
Midlife nutrition isn’t one conversation. You might be navigating perimenopause — changing hunger, shifting body composition, sleep that isn’t what it used to be. Or metabolic changes that showed up quietly and nobody’s really explained. Or a long, complicated relationship with food that you’re finally ready to approach differently.
Often it’s more than one of these at once. That’s exactly why this offering exists — it’s flexible enough to hold all of it, and clinical enough to actually address it.
Most of my clients in this track work with me for 3 to 9 months, depending on their goals.
Imagine…
- Bringing up a new symptom or a confusing lab result and actually getting a thoughtful, informed answer — not a shrug
- Feeling less like you’re white-knuckling your way through every meal and more like food is starting to make sense again
- Having someone in your corner who sees the connections between your digestion, your energy, your hunger, and your history — and helps you make sense of all of it
- Watching things start to shift — not because you found a stricter plan, but because someone finally looked at the whole picture
What’s included:
- 1:1 virtual sessions (2 or 4 per month)
- HIPAA-compliant messaging between appointments for high-level support
- Food and symptom journal review, as appropriate
- Coordination with your doctors and therapists as needed
- Individualized support that adapts as your needs evolve
Investment:
- 2 sessions/month: $450/month
- 4 sessions/month: $660/month

Midlife Nutrition Intensive
One focused session to get clear on what’s happening — and what to do about it
Sometimes you don’t need a program. You need someone to actually sit with your full picture — your symptoms, your history, your labs, your life — and give you a real clinical opinion about what’s going on and where to start.
That’s what this is. A 90-minute session, no agenda other than your questions. You’ll leave with a clear assessment and a specific, personalized plan for next steps.
For some women, the Intensive is the clarity they needed to move forward on their own. For others, it becomes the starting point for deeper, ongoing work together. Either way, you leave with a clear picture of what’s going on and what to do next
It’s a real clinical conversation, not a sales call.
Investment: $250
A note on investment
My services are cash-pay and out-of-network. I know that’s worth addressing directly.
Insurance reimburses for face-to-face appointment time — and that’s it. What it doesn’t cover is the time I spend reviewing your labs before we meet, reading through your food and symptom logs between sessions, researching what’s specific to your case, or being available to you via messaging when something comes up between appointments. That work is real, and it’s a significant part of what makes this program different.
When you invest in this program, you’re paying for that full picture of care — not just the hour on the calendar.
That said, I do provide a superbill after each session, and many clients are able to recoup a meaningful portion of their investment through out-of-network reimbursement. I’m happy to give you language you can use when you call your insurer to ask about your benefits. I also accept HSA and FSA cards.

I've tried everything for my digestion. How is working with you different?
Most of the women I work with have already tried elimination diets, cut out gluten or dairy, taken handfuls of supplements, and maybe even done a round of low FODMAP. Some got temporary relief. Most are still struggling.
The difference in my approach is that we look at the full picture — not just what you’re eating, but your hormonal shifts, your nervous system, your history with food, your sleep, your stress, and your labs. In perimenopause and menopause, digestive symptoms rarely have a single cause. When we address the underlying patterns rather than just the symptoms, women tend to get lasting relief instead of temporary fixes.
I also bring 25 years of clinical experience, a menopause certification (MSCP), and specialized gut health training to this work — so you’re not getting a generic protocol. You’re getting an assessment and a plan built around your specific body and history.
What if I have a complicated history with dieting or an eating disorder?
This is actually one of my areas of deepest expertise. My clinical background is rooted in intuitive eating and eating disorder recovery, and I bring that foundation to all of my work with midlife women. I understand that years of restriction, food rules, and diet cycling complicate everything — including how your body responds to nutrition advice now.
I will never tell you to cut out foods or use approaches that could activate old patterns. Everything I do is weight-neutral and grounded in rebuilding trust with your body — while also addressing the real physiological changes occurring. These two things are not in conflict. In fact, your history is important clinical information that shapes how we work together.
If you have an active eating disorder or are in early recovery, please reach out directly before booking so we can make sure the timing and approach are right for you.
How do I know which program is right for me?
The honest answer is that the free 20-minute conversation is the best way to figure this out — and that’s exactly what it’s designed for. But here’s a general guide:
The Calm Gut Program tends to be the right fit if your digestive symptoms are significantly affecting your daily life — you’re planning around your gut, you’ve been on elimination diets, or you want a structured, clinically-guided process with a clear beginning and end.
The Midlife Nutrition Partnership tends to be the right fit if your needs are more layered or evolving — you’re dealing with several things at once, your symptoms are shifting as your hormones shift, or you want a consistent clinical partner rather than a fixed program. This is also a good fit if body image, your relationship with food, or a history of dieting is part of what you want to work through alongside the physical symptoms. On average, clients work with me for 3 to 9 months in this program.
The Midlife Nutrition Intensive is a good starting point if you’re not sure where to begin, want clarity before committing to a longer program, or simply want one focused session with an expert who can look at your full picture and tell you honestly what she sees.
When in doubt — book the free call. There’s no pressure and no pitch. Just a conversation.
Do I need to be in menopause to work with you? What if I'm still in perimenopause?
Perimenopause is exactly where I want to meet you — and honestly, the earlier the better. The hormonal shifts that affect your digestion, metabolism, hunger, and body composition begin years before your final period, often in your early to mid-40s. Many women I work with are in the thick of perimenopause and haven’t even connected their symptoms to hormonal changes yet.
You don’t need a formal menopause diagnosis to work with me. If your body has started feeling different — digestion, energy, hunger, body composition — and you’re in your 40s or 50s, you’re in the right place.
How long does the process take?
Most clients work with me for 3 to 9 months, depending on what we’re addressing together. Some start with the Intensive and move into ongoing support. Others complete a defined program and feel ready to continue independently.
We talk about this during your free midlife nutrition conversation, so you have a clear idea of what makes sense for your situation.
Can I work with you if I have PCOS, prediabetes, insulin resistance, or other metabolic concerns?
Yes — and this is actually an area where a non-diet, weight-neutral approach has strong research support. Many women with these conditions have been told to restrict, cut carbs, or lose weight — advice that can create more stress on an already stressed system and often backfires long-term.
I help women with metabolic concerns address their health through consistent nourishment, blood sugar stability, muscle preservation, and nervous system support — without elimination diets or calorie restriction. If you have specific labs you’re trying to improve, bring them to our conversation. That’s exactly the kind of thing we work through together.
