1:1 Nutrition Therapy for Eating Disorders

For those who are ready — or almost ready — to begin

Reaching out for help with an eating disorder takes courage. Whether you’re taking this step for yourself or you’re a parent trying to find the right support for your child, what matters is that you’re here.

I work with adults and adolescents navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OSFED, and ARFID. My approach is whole-person and weight-neutral — rooted in the understanding that eating disorders occur in all body sizes, and that every body is worthy of care and respect.

For adolescents, I have training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT), a model that actively involves parents in the recovery process. Supporting families through this work is something I find especially meaningful.

Recovery isn’t linear, and the right level of care can change over time. If a higher level of support — including residential or intensive outpatient treatment — becomes appropriate, I’ll help you understand your options and navigate that process.

    What’s included:

    • 55-minute 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling sessions (weekly or biweekly)

    • HIPAA-compliant messaging support between sessions

    • Food record review when clinically indicated

    • Collaboration with your full treatment team — therapist, physician, psychiatrist — to provide coordinated, consistent care

When you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a complimentary call. We’ll talk about what you’re navigating and what working together might look like.

    A note on cost

My services are cash-pay and out-of-network. I provide a superbill after each session that you can submit for potential reimbursement — many clients recoup a meaningful portion this way. I also accept HSA and FSA cards.

If cost is a concern, please bring it up on our call. I want to help you figure out what’s possible.

    Provider to Provider Referral

If you’re a physician, therapist, or mental health professional seeking nutrition support for a patient with an eating disorder, I welcome your referral. I take a collaborative, team-based approach to care and am committed to staying in close communication with the broader treatment team.
